Shipping Information

We provide worldwide shipping! For customers in remote locations, please allow additional time for delivery as transit times may vary. Simply enter your country at checkout, and your shipping cost will be calculated automatically.


Return & Exchange Policy

We currently don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if you receive a faulty item, we're happy to replace it on a case-by-case basis with sufficient evidence.

Shipment Policy

We ship worldwide! Please note that orders are prepared and sent with a turnaround time of 5 days. We ship from Switzerland, and if you're located far away or in a remote area, we are not responsible for any delivery delays. For special items, such as original paintings or orders over $150, a tracking number will be provided. Unfortunately, for other orders with standard shipping, tracking is not available once the parcel leaves Swiss territory.

Damage or Stolen Packages

We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Refunds cannot be issued for items marked as delivered. Please reach out to the mail carrier to locate your parcel using the tracking number provided.

If your order is damaged during transit, please file a damage report with your local postal service and send us a message through the contact form. We'll get in touch with you and may request pictures of the damaged item(s).

Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you, you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.

Original Artworks

All original artworks are hand-painted by the artist in her studio in Switzerland. The pictures shown in the shop are as close to reality as possible, but colors or products may vary slightly due to the handmade nature.
